In June 1999, the 150 thousand ton FPSO project of Qinhuangdao 326 oilfield started preliminary design and started to put into production and put into production in just two years in October 2001. The FPSO is the largest and 150 thousand ton large floating production storage ship that has been built in China so far. The ship is a single deck, double bottom and double side structure, with 5 pairs of cargo tanks, 1 pairs of sewage tanks, 6 craft tanks, and 6 pairs of special ballast tanks. The first set of conjugate type SPM single point mooring system, power station, setting the process deck, crude oil processing and water treatment and other 7 modules, rear deck has a tail oil unloading system. 3 deck cranes are designed for maintenance of process equipment and lifting of spare parts. The residential area is located at the bow, which can provide 130 people with work and life. The crude oil is imported through the bow single point header and processed by the processing module on the process deck, then stored in the cargo oil tank, and then exported to the shuttle tanker through the tail oil unloading device.
